Philippine Business Leaders Forum Inc. is registered in the Philippines and part of the MCA Group of companies. Established originally in Sydney in 1987, the company moved to an Asian operating base in Taipei in 1989 and relocated to Manila, Philippines in late 2000.

MCA conducts high level market research, economic and political analysis for major corporations and government agencies. The company chairman, Dr. Michael Clancy, has authored three books on doing business in Asia.
